Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Supervisor at Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of our properties. This includes supervising staff, performing and coordinating equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and ensuring the overall maintenance and repair of our properties.
