You will provide personalized consultations tailored to each clients’ unique needs and desires. Beyond styling and consulting, maintaining cleanliness throughout the salon is paramount. Upholding our standards of service includes ensuring that all products, tools, equipment, and workstations are meticulously sanitized, disinfected, and carefully maintained. Join us in our mission to normalize kinky, coily, and curly hair in all settings, while providing top-notch service in a clean, inviting, luxurious salon designed for all hair types to thrive.RequirementsYou must be a licensed cosmetologist or licensed natural hair stylist/braider in DC.You must commit to four, 8 hour training sessions over two weeksPay & Benefits$500 Signing Bonus!Service commission + retail commission + tipsComplimentary training is provided for all team membersJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
