Responsibilities include
Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants and the clientsProviding top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needsAnswer and triage phone calls from clientsSchedule appointments and procedures, monitor client flow from check-in to check outDischarge patientsManaging record and medication refill requests, client educationassisting in keeping our hospital clean
