Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing and Investment Sales Coordinator and Agents at Thur & Associates. As part of the team, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to leasing and investment sales activities. This includes coordinating property showings, conducting market research, assisting with lease negotiations, managing client relationships, and analyzing investment opportunities. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
