The OpportunityThe Senior Data Analyst for Growth will be responsible for the development of Tide Services locations in USA. This individual will be responsible for managing the new unit development strategy and will provide meaningful financial analysis by working through complex issues, utilizing financial models to support investment decisions, as well as participate in strategic market planning exercises. This position reports to the IT Leader of Tide Services with heavy engagement with the Director of Real Estate & Market Planning , SVP of Franchising & Development, Managing Directors, and President / CEO of Tide Services. The position plays a key role in impacting the financial results and unit growth of the business by directly supporting the signing of New Development Rights Agreements and identifying opportunities to serve the Guest in new ways. In addition, this position also involves reporting on and presenting key business initiatives to Senior and Executive Management on a routine basis. This is a role with a lot of exposure to senior executives of the company and it is expected that the Senior Data Analyst for Growth takes on larger responsibilities.

The Ideal CandidateAn ideal candidate will be someone with broad technical background in data analytics, strong business acumen, high degree of ownership, and is customer focused. The successful candidate will also be a great communicator who can crisply communicate his/her analysis in non-technical terms to senior management. They will have a strong bias towards data-driven decision making and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical partners define and design and build extensive reporting and analytics solutions within Power BI. Your expertise will enable us to uncover actionable insights that has a direct impact to the bottom line, while designing for standard and simple data availability for all users.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to define and design and build extensive reporting and analytics solutions within Power BIImprove upon existing analytic methodologies by developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning parameters.Build financial models / analyses used to support business decisions by Senior Management, including: trend analysis, cash flow projections, discounted cash flow analysis, IRR analysis and various other models unique to the task at handPerforms ongoing financial analysis of business sectors and regional segments to assess performance vs. budget and forecast and identify opportunities for improvement, in partnership with the businessDeconstruct large scale, complex business problems in order to present and execute on a solutionLeading cross functional teams in the execution of business initiatives designed to increase profitability and improve processesAccountable for the preparation, in-depth analysis and commentary of presentation materials delivered to Senior and Executive ManagementSupport the coordination, creation and analysis of monthly forecast and annual budget materials, ensuring completeness, timeliness, accuracy, relevance and reliabilitySupport the development of long-term projections for strategic planningDevelop and implement strategy for Tide Services development effortsIdentify new business opportunities to expand the Tide Services portfolioPrepare status reports of leads, commitments and financial analysis of new developmentPrepare New Store Site Packets for the Real Estate Committee (REC)Build and maintain the sales project and market mapping software, which is currently SiteZeusMaintain and update Market Plans / White Space analysis for both brands

Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics or data analytics preferred2-4 years work experience of relevant industry experience with extensive financial modeling / data analytics experienceExtensive experience with building reporting & analytic solutions in Power BISophisticated judgment and problem-solving skills based on advanced analytical capabilities in situations with complex scenarios and alternativesExtraordinary interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally that show a capability of influencing a wide range of audiences on sometimes complicated or delicate issues for potentially major impact on the development function and potentially on Tide Services as a wholeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work in teams, particularly cross-functionalAdvanced project management skillsEffective conflict resolution skillsAmbition, ownership mentality, and entrepreneurial spirit
