DescriptionDuties include coordinating Delivery System assembly operations in terms of managing workflow, personnel, materials, and documentation for manufacturing product. Duties will also include a variety of manufacturing processes on assemblies or sub-assemblies as well as equipment monitoring and PM. This is a full time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Los Gatos, CA.

Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On ExperienceAs a member of the Delivery System Operations team, participates in assigned production activities.Ensures material is properly controlled and allocated for production operations.Ensures personnel are trained and properly allocated for production needs and schedule.Ensures documentation is properly managed and processed for production operations.Familiar with catheter-based device processes including braiding, coiling, lamination, bonding, etc preferred.Works with Operations and Materials management to improve operations efficiency.Works with Operations and Materials management to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.Executes pre-determined work assignments in support of manufacturing objectives.Follows all applicable manufacturing documentation in the assembly and testing of product.Prior to executing work steps, ensures that all appropriate training has been received and documented.Ensures that all tasks are executed in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.Perform job functions in a safe and effective manner.Performs other duties, as assigned.

Education & Work ExperienceHS diploma (AA degree preferred) or equivalent experience in technical discipline and a minimum of 5 years (3 with AA) in medical device or similar product design and/or manufacturing.Solid understanding of GMP, Clean room procedures and behavior.Ability to use tools, equipment, and measurement devices.Must be able to document activities clearly.Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) required.Ability to work independently or in team setting required.

Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $80,000 to $95,000 + equity + benefits.
