📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our dynamic team. The FAE will play a pivotal role in providing technical support, integrating products, and troubleshooting issues in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software engineering, with expertise in AI edge computing and proficiency in Python programming.
Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for AI edge computing solutions, including deploying AI models on edge devices and managing Linux and Docker environments.Develop software solutions in Python for AI edge computing applications, ensuring efficient deployment and management.Manage and operate SQL databases to store and retrieve data efficiently for AI edge computing projects.Conduct circuit board testing and firmware development, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Utilize hardware testing and debugging skills, including PCBa board testing and the use of instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.Demonstrate proficiency in communication protocols, including I2C, UART, and JTAG, for seamless integration of components.Apply expertise in RF components to test and optimize performance, particularly in microwave imaging applications.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in microwave imaging will be highly advantageous, providing insights into specific industry requirements and challenges.Proficiency in C language for embedded Linux software development and firmware, particularly with STM32 microcontrollers.
