AV Event Sales Manager

Position Overview:The Sales Manager at Titan AVL is responsible for identifying new clients and opportunities aligned with the company's vision and target markets. This includes live event productions, design-build A/V installations, and box sales. The role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered, generating price quotations and estimates, and effectively communicating client needs to production and installation teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:client relationships and goodwill for the company.new sales markets and leads.communicate equipment and personnel needs for each event sold.confirmed sales into the company database.out monthly reports on sales leads and contacts.estimate and bid responses.contracts.in the development of sales strategies.up on leads within 24 hours.other duties as assigned.

Requirements:school diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred.minimum of 3 years of sales experience in live production or A/V installation. A combination of both with a proven track record is preferred.to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.independently to meet deadlines and strategic goals.to detail and organizational skills.communication and writing skills.
