TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist located in Atlanta, GA.

As internal communications content specialist you will be part of the Internal Communications team developing and executing integrated employee communications and content that advances TK Elevator’s goals. Essential tasks and responsibilities include the following:

Develop a command for the elevator industry/business including technical properties of products and market trends.Develop and edit high quality, mistake-free content including: internal communications, intranet content, feature writing, script writing, general content and correspondence.Utilize automated email marketing system (preferably Marketo) to create engaging emails, landing pages, and forms.Manage approvals and facilitate revisions, and modifications to digital emails, campaigns, ensuring seamless campaign launches.Generate comprehensive reports on effectiveness metrics, encompassing open rates, click rates, lead rates, and other campaigns metrics.Edit and proof content generated by communication team and internal stakeholders.Research stories, conduct interviews and work with graphics designers to create weekly emailed newsletters and other company communication.Work with internal stakeholders to develop messages and content that engages employees.Respond to feedback in a timely manner and possess ability to work within tight deadline while handling changes on the fly.Work with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers and production companies to execute ideas and campaigns.Oversee engagement campaigns from production to completion.

Your Profile

Minimum of three to four years journalism and writing experience is required. BA degree, preferably in Communications or Journalism.1 to 2 years of experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo ( preferred) , Eloqua, MailChimp, etc.Strong written and verbal skills including editing and proofingFlexibility in writing style required for various content channelsAbility to build positive relationships with departments and employees across the organization/globeProven ability to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilitiesAbility to integrate research and creative work concepts into daily activityPositive, flexible attitude that lends itself to effective communications and teamworkThrives as a contributor on a diverse creative teamDemonstrates a thirst for knowledge and learning, and demonstrates continual improvement in communications skillsEfficiency in word processing, reporting and presentation development.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
