Key Responsibilities: Respond to Tier 1 network support requestsRespond to all break/fix requests associated with network resourcesAssist with configuration and deployment of new/replacement network hardware and communications infrastructureMaintain up-to-date project and architecture documentationMaintain up-to-date inventory and maintenance recordsMonitor network resources for faults and traffic anomaliesResolve connection issues between users and resources Skills & Qualifications: 2 years of experience with:Cisco Routing and SwitchingVLAN ManagementSubnettingSTP, FHRP, MulticastFirewall Administration1 year of experience with Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF) Location: Fairfax, VA.
