We are looking for an experienced salesperson who wants a long-term career sellingInvestment Real Estate. We will teach you everything you need to be successful.The Investment Sales Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building investor relationships. Duties include, but are not limited to:Market/Promote properties on social media and actively engage social media forumsActively recruit and strengthen investor relationships through networkingBuilding rapport with buyers, overcoming objections, and successfully negotiating contractsUtilize and maintain network contacts in SalesForceConsistently negotiate the best deal for the companyInform team members of current market trendsContinually self-educate on the state of the residential real estate marketActively recruit and network with agents in surrounding marketsAct as liaison for buyer and seller communication and oversee property showingsExecute contracts promptlyEnsure all parties in contracts are in full understanding of expectations
Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:3 years in Real Estate or Real Estate Investing (Preferred)3 years of Inside Sales experienceExcellent negotiatorAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyOutstanding verbal and non-verbal communicationAbility to build rapport quicklyDeal evaluation skillsGreat problem-solvingAbility to create compelling marketing adsExcellent time management
