Job Description
TEL's IC Design Services (ICDS) team is seeking to hire a summer intern in VLSI Design and Verification. The ICDS team designs mixed-signal test chips in the most advanced semiconductor nodes. The intern will collaborate with the design team to optimize the RTL-to-GDS tapeout and verification flow.
This internship is payrolled via payroll processing agency.
Some potential projects include
Improving the automation of multiple stages of the Physical Design flowRefactoring existing Python frameworks to improve usabilityImproving the verification environment's coverage reportingTransferring design code from an old framework to a new framework
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in electrical or computer engineering or related degreeFluent with Python, SystemVerilog, and TclDemonstrated excellence in engineering projects (class, team, and/or hobby)Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
