Then you might be our new Production Assistant & Videographer / Editor!

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Providence, Rhode Island. As a member of our team, you will be involved in a diverse range of in-studio and on-location shoots for our clients. Your role will include assisting with production logistics, operating and maintaining video equipment, and editing video and sound content with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Qualifications:Must be an enthusiastic, positive, self-starter who can both take instruction and “figure it out” when necessary.Entry-level experience with videography and digital non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro is a must.Ability to operate a variety of video, audio, and lighting equipment.Experience with color correction, delivery standards, and best practices for online video content.Experience using Project / Work Management software (i.e Monday.com) and Slack a plus.Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop a plus.Excellent organizational and logistical planning skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in team environments.Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportationMust be able to work weekends and nights when necessary.

Responsibilities:General office organization, production assistance, and management.Assisting in, or leading the charge on frequent half-day client shoots.Editing video deliverables within projected deadlinesManage uploading, downloading, archiving, organization and delivery of video footage/content.Maintain and obsess over current team tracking processes and systemsAssist Production Director in utilizing Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms on a regular basis to promote recurring client deliverables.Learn our processes and procedures, familiarize yourself with the software we use, and be open to professional development and training so you can grow as we do.Positively participate in the (constructive) critical analysis of all company projects, products, and procedures.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Film/Video Production, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Candidates with experience in videography, video editing, media services, or a related field will be strongly considered.
