Your duties will include:Performing heavy cleaning tasks such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and trash removal.Collaborating with team members and management to coordinate cleaning activities and maintain high standards.Identifying and communicating needs for supplies, equipment, and maintenance to support efficient operations.Adhering to safety protocols and procedures for the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you'll need:A clean felony record and a drug-free status.Preferably, experience with cleaning equipment.A valid Driver's License and a good driving record.The ability to drive trucks or other vehicles to and from work sites.Some positions may require safety certification testing.(IMPORTANT) 3 professional references must be included in your resume.
