Account Director

We are seeking an Account Director that is an experienced self-starter with eight to ten years’ client service experience, with at least three years’ direct experience in advertising client service and managing projects within an agency.

Responsibilities:• Spearhead clients’ marketing and advertising strategies. • Lead a team dedicated to delivering top-tier client service. • Maintain senior-level client relationships on a daily basis. • Drive business expansion with current clients. • Collaborate with senior management to acquire new accounts. • Execute projects within specified timelines and budgets. • Employ your expertise to foster creative and strategic growth for clients and the agency.

Required Skills:• Positive demeanor, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit, coupled with a track record of nurturing client connections and expanding business opportunities. • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing client relationships with minimal supervision. • Minimum of 8 years in client relationship management, including agency experience in advertising and marketing, with proficiency in creative processes, digital platforms, and social media marketing. • Strategic planning ability at a senior level.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (portfolio samples required). • Strong team leadership skills, including mentorship and supervision. • Confident and persuasive in driving creative initiatives. • Meticulous attention to detail and budgetary parameters. • Onsite presence required – Hybrid role based in Somerset County Office and Client Office 3x a week. • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
