Industry: Structural steel and precast erection
Description: Davis Erection seeks to fill an open position in our management team. Erecting the structural elements of a building is an exciting profession. The presence of cranes and rapid progress of the work makes the process distinguishable. Hitting milestones and building your community is greatly satisfying. Our office in Gretna, NE services an area within a 3-hour radius. Jobsite visits will be necessary to effectively coordinate, communicate and deliver expected results to our clients. Candidate will work with an experienced team of industry experts in a collaborative environment. They will learn to estimate and propose terms for the completion of work as well as manage and negotiate contract changes. Candidate will sequence, schedule, and communicate plans to our field staff and clients. Other duties may be required as assigned. A person that is self-motivated, organized, can look ahead and be a problem solver is an ideal candidate for our team. The opportunity provides balance for those individuals looking to blend office presence with site management in an exciting environment.

Experience: 5-10 years construction industry experience required.Industry specific training and/or education is preferred.Effective in an office setting and use of Microsoft Office applications.
