TorkStrap LLC is a fast-growing Cargo Strap Manufacturer specializing in innovative cargo solutions for outdoor, off-road and commercial customers. We are a 90% e-commerce company who specializes in digital media to drive online sales. TorkStrap LLC is seeking a qualified, full time, social media manager who can also handle customer service as the tasks go hand-in-hand.
Duties:- Execute customer service requests via social media, email and website chat box.- Develop engaging social media campaigns to drive traffic and increase followers- Prepare and execute minor content productions with minimal guidance
Qualifications:- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.- 2+ Years editing experience either Adobe, Davinci or Final Cut Pro- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms- Ability to manage relationships with influencers and partners- Experience using tools like Hootsuite for social media management
Nice-to-Have Skills:- Understanding of SEO principles- Knowledge of outdoor brands- Shopify Integrations and back end experience
