Job Title: Marketing Enablement Intern

Introduction

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions (TGCS) is seeking an Intern to join our Marketing organization as part of our Enablement team. This role is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, majoring in marketing or communications. The intern will support projects related to some of the marketing team’s internal tools which will help increase the visibility and reach of the enablement team’s efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of undergraduate study in marketing or communications, a passion for creating and delivering great user experiences, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, and an interest in pursuing a career in this area.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operations of Executive Briefing Center and Commerce Innovation studioAssist with creation, management of Customer Experiences portalAssist with documentation, management, improvement of day-to-day EBC/CIS processesPerform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Current pursuit of a degree in marketing or communicationsWorking knowledge of SharePoint or similar content management platformAttention to detail, ability to work cross functionally and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively with anyone regardless of seniority (including c-level executives), role, country, or any other dimension
