Job Description: Under general supervision, this position will perform routine sampling and testing in a GMP Manufacturing facility in support of the Microbiology and Environmental Monitoring groupAssist with environmental monitoring performance qualifications and execute routine sample collection for environmental monitoring in classified areasAssist with clean utilities performance qualifications, including water for injection, clean steam, clean compressed air, oxygen, and carbon dioxide distribution systemsExecute sample collection for routine utilities monitoringAssist with general lab startup activitiesPerform routine tasks such as cleaning and inventory managementSupport routine activities over the weekends and public holidays as required
Experience Requirements: High School Diploma + 2 yrs experience, OR Associate's Degree + 6 months experience, OR Bachelor's DegreeMUST HAVES: basic science background (degree or prior lab experience), specifically environmental monitoring; knowledge of aseptic technique; proficient in GDP (good documentation practices) or GLP (good laboratory practices)
