Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Towne & Country Management. The Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's business growth, operations, and strategic initiatives. The role will be specific to HOA and multifamily property management industry. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and executing business plans, and implementing operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability. While the role is primarily based in Red Bank, NJ, there is flexibility for some remote work.
QualificationsProven experience in business development, operations management, and strategic planning within the HOA and Multifamily property management industryDemonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and drive resultsExperience in the property management industry is a plusBachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Willingness to travel as needed
