Product Marketing and Dealer Support Analyst II

We are looking to hire a Product Marketing and Dealer Support Analyst II who will play a crucial role in monitoring key performance indicators for the Toyo Tires Training programs and will support participation, success, and cost efficiency of such training programs. This role involves independent and collaborative work settings in the creation and implementation of training content, managing metrics, generating reports, extracting insights, and participant outreach. Managing support for dealer programs and coordinating field events is also key in the success of this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee training programs to increase participation, learning, and cost efficiencies.Create and support training content and outreach programs.Analyze and generate metric reports for management insights.Assist Regional Sales Managers and Directors of Sales with training access and ad hoc reports.Facilitate and oversee dealer event support with management and Sales and attend events as needed.Coordinate with external agencies for event support materials.Work with the manager on collateral and display production.Support the manager with collateral and point-of-purchase production.Handle materials, review content for accuracy, and recommend adjustments for production efficiencies.Support Driven program rewards and fulfillment.Manage collateral production of sales kit and rewards materials.Facilitate reporting and rewards fulfillment.Establish independent relationships with internal and external staff and dealers to support team goals.Communicate regularly with dealers and internal staff in a professional manner.Align marketing operations with company goals.Other duties as assigned, some which may require travel.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred). Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field. Advanced analytics skills in Excel required. Salesforce CRMA, Tableau, or similar program preferred. Background and knowledge of the tire industry (preferred).
