Electronics Engineer

I.General Summary:

Designing and development of new electrical/Electronic systems. Integrate sensors and systems.

Provides in-house and/or on-site customer (internal/external) support in the areas of Electrical Engineering and customer issues. Responsible for testing, repairing and troubleshooting all types of electrical issues, and assist engineering teams with research,

II.Essential Job Functions:

A.Evaluate sensors and integrate into systems to develop needed application scenarios

B.Able to develop individual circuits and integrate multiple circuits to develop complex systems ,

C.Able to program individual systems and connect with peer systems

D.Evaluation of technologies and product designs with compliance to scientific principles, engineering principles, company standards, customer requirements and related specifications.

E.Support the development of innovative components and modules from the initial concept phase through the complete development process including design engineering, validation, prototyping, testing, and evaluation of the proposed production capable process and business case.

F.Support the ideation process while identifying gaps in the current product or manufacturing technology to guide and provide future R&D efforts.

G.Analyze engineering results and propose product changes to determine feasibility, improvement of components and systems and functional/performance specifications.

H.Correlate experimental data to simulation data.

I.Maintain proper filing systems to ensure all information, (electronic or hard copy), are stored according to departments requirements.

J.Provide engineering support to other departments within the company as directed by the department leader.

K.Support Production Team with Design, development and root cause analysis of issue and provide Counter measure

L.Use related computer software and equipment to perform technical analysis tasks.

Continuing education and/or training is critical as technology evolves.

III.Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or technical field required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in computer programming preferred

Experience

• Three to four (4) years of relevant experience.

• Strong multitasking and organization skills.
• Ability to communicate and work well with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to compile effective and concise visual reports.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Language Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Computer/Software

• Have knowledge of Programming in any { C, C++, Phython, Unity, }
• Proficient in programming in C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

IV.Work Environment/Conditions:

Office: Open Office Environment, moderate noise level.

Plant: N/A

Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 40%.

V.Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.
