📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our clients team in the Buffalo Grove, IL area. The ideal candidate will possess technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing projects and driving initiatives forward. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring the success of our products in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:Assess market needs and identify product requirements.Target strategic accounts and set pricing strategies.Conduct competitor analysis to enhance sales strategiesContribute to overall marketing and sales plans.Provide local insights to the International team.Prioritize product development roadmap and establish sales strategies.Lead new product launches and marketing plans.Justify product selection and identify target prospects.Train sales teams and distributors on product technical aspects.Collaborate with marketing for brand promotion and material production.Participate in trade shows to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:BS in Engineering preferred.Minimum 5 years of product management experience.Proficient in CRM maintenance and analysis.Excellent English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.Strong profit margin analysis skills and collaboration with sales.Background in manufacturing/electronics industry preferrerably Preferably a technical background with experience in 2nd level technical support.
