Position Overview:At Tract, we are on a mission to accelerate responsible infrastructure. We are laying the foundations for a futuristic business systems landscape across multiple lines of business and domains, which includes Sales, Operations, and Finance. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive cross-functional projects, starting with ERP NetSuite and extending to CRM and other technologies. This is a high-profile role with an opportunity to shape the future direction and success of the business substantially. You will:

Key Responsibilities include:Work as a NetSuite Technical and functional SME, responsible for Netsuite Implementation, Customization, Configuration, Scripting, Development, Integration, Support & TrainingLead the implementation of custom products in NetSuite environmentProvide support, customizations and integrations with boundary systems Lead workshops and work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches.Understand and document the use cases for configuring, testing, and launching the business solutions.Perform/interpret requirement analysis to identify value-creation opportunities.Lead and support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and Training/Training Materials.Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned areas/groups and train the new team members.This role may also assist in Support Desk case management to stay in tune with current internal business issues that may result in additional improvement opportunities.

Required Education, Experience and Qualifications:The successful candidate will have strategic experience and practical expertise in the following:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.7+ years with BSA or relevant experience.Minimum of 3 years' Experience leading ERP NetSuite implementation from inception to delivery that will allow you to solve business issues by building and managing within NetSuite workflows, objects, fields, and lists.Prior experience in leading digital transformation/strategic project(s).Good understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound/informed decisions
