Description
We are looking for a demonstrated leader who will motivate, support, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals and recruitment specialists while establishing good working relationships with our skilled craft employees. Our ideal Sales Manager candidate will be expected to grow and manage our already successful market. The Sales Manager is responsible for reaching established yearly goals by managing the day-to-day operations of the office and by establishing relationships with key clientele.

Responsibilities Include
Supervising & driving all sales activitiesSales TrainingEnsuring sound pricing strategiesReporting to the General Manager
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess exceptional leadership skills and know how to build and manage a dynamic sales team and support personnel. Other requirements include:
Excellent organizational skillsExceptional communication skillsBe self-motivated and goal orientedSuccessful sales or recruitment track recordIndustry knowledge is a plus
Position requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
