Position Overview

As a Task Force Food and Beverage Manager or Food and Beverage Director, you will be working at different THS client locations throughout the United States. This position is a project-by-project basis and requires travel to each project location. As a Task Force F&B Leader, you will become an integral part of our client's dynamic leadership team. Provide strong leadership and direction to the food and beverage department, overseeing all aspects of its operations.

Details:Assignments start out at 3 weeks minimum with potential to extend and typically last 6-9 weeks if extended.Competitive pay rates, travel costs covered such as flights, lodging and meals.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Planning and Development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create menus that are attractive, cost-effective, and in line with customer preferences and dietary restrictions.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained while minimizing waste and spoilage.

Purchasing and Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain high-quality ingredients and beverages at competitive prices.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule food and beverage service staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards, including food safety protocols and hygiene practices.

Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and catering functions, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to uphold the establishment's reputation for excellence.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies to promote food and beverage offerings, increase sales, and attract new customers.
