Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent. The agent will assist clients in selecting and enrolling in suitable insurance plans, provide information on coverage options, assist with claims processing and resolve client inquiries. This role is based in Garden Grove, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. However, agents can work for many other branches of TransGlobal across the nation as well.
Qualifications• State life insurance license (or willingness to obtain) is required.• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• Knowledge of Asian communities and languages (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese) is a plus.• Previous experience in the insurance industry is beneficial.• Sales skills and experience is a plus.
