Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Overall restaurant management· Human Resources - interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, conducting performance reviews· Food cost control and waste management· Kitchen cleanliness and sanitation practices· Bar inventory control and waste management· Monitoring increase in sales and expense management· Business risk and facility management· Customer service and satisfaction· Maximize business profitability Requirements:· Business degree preferably in food management· 3 to 5 years of full time job experience as a restaurant manager· Computer skills and interpersonal communication skills· Preferred to be ServSafe certified
