$21.00/hour

• Hourly shift differential *

$2.00 an hour additional for swing shift

• Hire on Bonus*

$1,500 hire on bonus is for new hires and rehires that are returning after 5 years or more. The bonus will be paid out in equal $500 portions after successfully completing 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of employment with Treasure Island Resort & Casino.

SUMMARY: To oversee the operations of Tradewinds.

Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff, and conduct performance reviews Direct daily work activities and inspect work for conformance to standards Establish and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards Address guest questions, complaints, or concerns in a courteous, professional manner Ensure transactions and cash-handling procedures are followed appropriately

Required

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE

One (1) year supervisory experience High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills High level organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Ability to work fast and efficiently, completing multiple tasks in a professional manner

Preferred

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP
