Company Description:Our client, a clinical stage company is making tremendous strides in the CAR-T space focused on developing new treatments to combat cancer. Currently sitting at ~60 employees and in addition to excitement that comes with being a pre-IPO biotech, they also have the financial backing of a top 5 global pharma and other commercial-stage biotechs providing them with long-term security.
Role Description:This role is completely remote with irregular travel. The Head of Quality is looking to make their first hire in Clinical QA and entrust this individual with building out that particular function. This individual will provide guidance and support to the clinical operations team, as well as other areas, to ensure quality and compliance. Experience coming from a small and midsize biotech is highly preferred. Background in clinical operations or auditing before transitioning to quality assurance is desirable.

Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality AssuranceStrong knowledge in GCP along with GVP or GLP if possibleA passion for small, start-up environments.
