Their model is built upon providing peer-based curriculum and forums as well as advisory services for both professionals and providers. This privately owned company is rapidly growing and looking for talented professionals to join their team and grow with the company. Job Description:The Manager, Account Management will be responsible for overseeing a small team of account managers who are focused on renewal, retention and upsell within their book of business. The Account Management Manager will be coaching and supporting their team on renewing their annual subscription for advisory support services and upselling consulting services. The Manager must be seen as a trusted resource that can understand client needs and objectives, drive business plans and flag any potential at-risk accounts that need escalation. Requirements:5+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within a service-based or consultative sales environment 3+ years managing a team of account managers or inside sales professionalsPrevious experience working within the tech or security space preferredConfidence and ability to facilitate executive level conversations around various topics with subject-matter experts Location: Reporting to the office in Boston 2-3 times per week. Travel 15% to Territory Job #4983 Base Comp: $105,000Total Comp: $215,000
