Customer Service SpecialistOur growing online business is looking for a skilled outgoing team member to join us as a Customer Service Specialist. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person who can primarily assist customers with their inquiries. This individual is responsible for providing customer service in accordance with company standards. This includes providing prompt, courteous responses to questions and respectfully handling problems. The successful candidate for this position has experience and a skillset that includes clear communication, effective listening, adaptability, problem solving, professionalism, and time management. Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service is the top priority for this position. Potential advancement opportunities available.
Responsibilities· Provide friendly and professional customer interactions· Manage incoming customer calls· Identify and assess customer inquiries· Collect and enter customer information· Assist with order placement, refunds or exchanges· Responsive follow up when appropriate· Recommends potential products· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
QualificationsProven customer support experienceExcellent phone/communication skillsReliable attendanceAbility to adapt to a variety of personality typesAbility to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalentAttention to detailComputer skillsAlthough not required, candidates with these attributes will have an advantage:· Basic knowledge of QuickBooks· Experience with CRM programs· Basic knowledge of Salesforce· Experience with WordPress sites· Experience in any of these fields (excavating, plumbing, concrete, landscape or working with general contractors, engineers and architects)
