Personal Banker/New Accounts Representative - Monday - Friday Only, No Saturdays

This is a fulltime position, Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. No Saturdays!

Qualifications

1-2 years of recent banking experience requiredMust possess excellent customer service skillsPresent a professional imageKnowledge of safe deposit admissionsCommunicate and cooperate with others (internal and external) to produce needed outcomes and meet goals.Skillful at establishing priorities and channeling efforts productivelyDemonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment, and good judgmentAbility to be well organized in an environment of diverse responsibilitiesOperate a personal computer and appropriate software packages

Primary Job Duties

Understand all Bank Deposit ProductsAnswer incoming phone calls.Assist customers with specific requests, including but not limited to:Stop PaymentsOnline banking - setting up, unlocking, Bill Pay and Message Center requests. Account Questions TransfersWiresAddress ChangesCheck OrdersStatementsNotaryCashier's checksDebit Cards

Opening/Closing accounts:Personal and Business Checking and Money MarketsPersonal SavingsCD'sSafe Deposit BoxesTeller, New Account, Loan checkbackScanning documentation for accounts into databaseAssist officers with requests - including but not limited to: Customer Service and New AccountsFraud

Secondary Job Duties

Back up TellerMaintain and balance own teller drawer.Assist with customer needs - cashing checks, deposits, cashier's checks, SDB admissionsAs neededNight Drop, Bank by MailScan Teller WorkAssist with Balancing the Vault and ATMReceptionist Duties:Greet CustomersOrder SuppliesMail:Organize and distribute.Arrange for courier service, as needed.Deliver dropped off paperwork.Keep postage machine balance.In addition, any request deemed necessary by the Lobby Manager to assist with the department.
