Your role here
Execute transactions in our extensive M&A pipelineConduct diligence, financial modeling and financial statement analyticsLiaise with legal and tax counsel to structure acquisitions and draft bid lettersSource and manage relationships with potential M&A targets Prepare analyses for our Board, Chairman, CEO and other executivesManage our deal and transaction databaseResearch various packaging distribution markets for potential growthPerform other strategic projects as required
Your Experience And Background
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and collaboration skillsThe ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from different projects/stakeholdersProficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong project management skillsBachelor’s degree (preferred) with two or more years of experience
