We’re looking for a highly motivated Treasury Manager to lead our Treasury Operations.

Your role here

From Day 1, your skills are put into action. You will lead the daily global treasury and cash management operations and help develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.

Your Experience And Background

Oversee Company short-term borrowing activities:Daily cash positioning (and any associated borrowing/repayments)

Monthly ABL borrowing base preparation

Audits as required by lenders

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activitiesRecommend and implement improvements to current global cash management structureAssist in managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure, including operational bank relationships. Recommends and implements improvements to the structure.Oversee the cash application function for customer accounts handled by Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate posting of payments.Oversee the releases of approved electronic payments according to policy and established SOP’s.Primary contact point for the global business insurance program. This includes the annual renewal processUnderstand and manages appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity related to all debt, hedging (interest and currency), and business insuranceAssist with M&A activity, integration of cash managementManage 5 treasury operations team membersBachelor’s Degree Finance or Accounting 5+ years’ experience
