📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Exciting Direct Hire opening for a Warehouse Manager in Lewis Center, OH!
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the ecommerce fulfillment center, leading a small warehouse team (5-7 employees), and establishing operational processes to drive continuous improvement. The Warehouse Manager will be the point of contact for the site and a key member in establishing North American operations.
Responsibilities:-Establish and improve processes for efficiency.-Ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.-Track team performance and provide feedback.-Solve daily operational challenges.-Recruit, onboard, and train team members.-Align warehouse production with daily orders.-Maintain positive relations with suppliers and shipping providers.
Schedule is 1st shift / 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Salary range is $60-70,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.-3-5+ years of warehouse management experience.-Previous e-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.-Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management software.
