Here are the requirements for this position:Experienced writer (7-9 years), preferably with experience documenting GUI-based network management software. Excellent writing skills and expression, attention to detail.Quick learner who is able to research and understand complex network automation concepts and how they are used in the service provider environment, in order to produce user-focused documentation targeted at network engineers, system administrators, and other technical users..Ability to collaborate closely with technical subject matter experts to gather information and to work within a cross-geographic cross-functional team.Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols and technologies including routing, switching, SDN and network automation.Technical background or aptitude, an advantage.
