📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS: Drive effective communications and promotional materials to encourage churchwide participation in Life Groups. Lead and manage all elements related to Home Life Group Leaders and Hosts with the vision of duplicating groups and expanding into needed areas of the valley. Build systems and train leaders to recruit, train, and deploy Life Group Leaders and Hosts, creating an effective team of leaders that are committed to this ministry. Provide input/ideas for questions and application of sermon content in each published sermon study guide. Who we are looking for:Job Skills and Requirementsproven ability to lead teams and recruit volunteersexcellent verbal and written communication skillsability to cast vision and develop and deploy leadersHighly relational personality Education and/or Experience10+ year of ministry experienceFormal Theological training is a plus but not required
