Weekend Registered Nurse – 3 – 12hour shifts
Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse
Position Purpose
Our Home Care Baylor RNs use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their home. Home care nurses are responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. Our nurses follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements and our policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.Home healthcare experience preferred.Strong computer and technology skills required.Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.Preferred Experience: Home Care, Wound Care, Acute Care, Med-Surg, ICU Stepdown, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
