We are expanding our Outpatient Ambulatory Care Surgical Service Line!
Seeking to hire an additional Nursing Supervisor to join our leadership team. This supervisor’s primary focuses will be in the following clinics: Ear, Nose and Throat; Breast/Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery/GynOnc; and General Surgery.
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will collaborate with leaders, providers and staff in the assessment, evaluation, daily operations of our clinic team. All while striving for excellence in patient satisfaction. Our supervisors also provide some hands-on patient care. You will support the professional development of the team and monitor compliance standards of Idaho Board of Nursing and regulatory agencies.
Schedule: Monday -Friday 8-5pm
Location: Boise, ID, off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

General Requirements
Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting. Management experience preferred.
Education
An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
License/Certification
Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho or Oregon and must provide licensure in their secondary state within six months of hireAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification requiredElectronic Fetal Monitoring within 12 months of hire
