About The Job

The scheduler I functions as a liaison between the physicians, patients, office and hospital testing staff in scheduling patient office visits and testing.

What You Will Do

Communicates pertinent clinical/scheduling information to the physicians, office staff and patients.Coordinates multiple test, procedures and physicians when scheduling cases as well as completes pre-procedure task. Schedules procedures and surgeries following approved Medical Group, hospital and Patient Care Services policies and procedures and educates patients on preparation instructions.

What We Are Looking For

High School diploma or GEDMinimum of one year experience working with scheduling or hospital units
