They have a very diverse project portfolio with a focus on office, retail, commercial, hotels, car dealerships, apartments, high-rise, and public projects as well.They need to hire a Superintendent and looking for the following experience.
Minimum 5 years working in commercial construction.Experience building projects in the $1M-$10M range.Experience being the lead Superintendent on previous projects.
