Portfolio Controller
A quickly growing management company is looking for a Portfolio Controller to join their growing team. Hybrid schedule, annual bonus, and benefits! A great opportunity for an established Portfolio Controller or a team leader.
Essential functions:Maintain integrity of financial information for assigned portfolio in compliance with GAAPOversee all aspects of client accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory management, and financial reporting.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensuring quality control for financial reporting and transactionsPrepare and monitor budget and forecast activitiesTrack receivables, obligations, and risksBeen a team lead
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related discipline) required; MBA preferredCPA or CPA Candidate4+ years of accounting experience required; ideally public accountingHandling the month-end closeStrong knowledge of GAAP and SOXKnowledge of a large ERP
