Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Temporary Recruiter to join our client's team for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will be adept at thinking outside the box and have a proven track record of recruiting candidates through various innovative methods.Responsibilities:Proactive Recruitment: Employ creative and proactive methods to identify and attract potential candidates. This includes leveraging social media, attending networking events, participating in industry forums, and exploring unconventional channels.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and talent pools. Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand specific position requirements. Collaborate on the development of effective recruitment strategies.Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates. Keep them engaged and informed about opportunities within the organization.Utilize Technology: Make effective use of recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems to efficiently manage and track candidate pipelines.Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics. Provide regular updates on the progress of candidate pipelines and recruitment initiatives.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
