As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.Job Description: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial analysis and decision-making processes within our client's private equity-backed company. Working closely with senior leadership and investment professionals, you will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing portfolio performance, and providing strategic insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, to evaluate potential investment opportunities and support investment decisions.Research and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to assess investment risks and opportunities.Prepare detailed investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including deal teams, legal, and operations, to support transaction execution and integration efforts.Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and value creation.Assist in the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management and investment professionals.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ).Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
