📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Lakewood National Golf Club is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven professional for the private club fitness center. Responsibilities include greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs, answering phones, emails, and member inquiries, scheduling orientations and other appointments, performing organizing and custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment, and performing opening and closing duties when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be Available to Work Weekend Mornings
Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club, particularly the fitness center. Serve as a control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so. Professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone. Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess familiarity and understanding of fitness equipment. Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job. Must be member service-oriented and possess a professional manner. Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment. Computer knowledge. CPR Certification required. Interest in fitness required. Previous experience preferred.
