📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description
Oldfield is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who strives to deliver exceptional customer service. The chosen candidate will assist our Outside Operations Team.
Areas of responsibility will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Greet Members and their Guests with a welcoming smile. Provide excellent customer service. Assist Members upon arrival and departure with their golf equipment. Staging, cleaning and upkeep of a Cart Fleet of 44. Setup, breakdown, and upkeep of practice facilities. Using a Range Cart to pick and clean golf balls from the driving range. Other tasks by request and management of the Professional Staff.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, conscientious, team oriented. A desire to be a part of a dynamic team environment. Ability to lift items of 40lbs without strain or injury. Availability to work on some on weekends and some holidays
Compensation Information
$11.75 per hour plus tips
