Troy Consulting, a management consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager for a short-term (8 week) opportunity at a leading American multinational corporation and technology company headquartered in Redmond, Washington.
Job DescriptionThis team manages a multimillion-dollar marketing investment budget.The project manager is responsible for documenting the marketing budget management process and developing process improvement plans based on feedback from stakeholders.
Key Deliverables• Documentation of the marketing budget management process, including transfers, allocations, and true-ups.• Mapping of key tasks, workflow, deliverables, and timing.• Summary documentation that reflects key stakeholders, dependencies, decision-making considerations, and all prior knowledge.• Reconciliation process of the strategic funds (reserve) account.• Include key learnings from past process and improvement ideas.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythmThe role will consist of 40% document preparation and planning, 40% external partner communications and orchestration, 20% internal partner coordination.
Qualification• Project and workflow management expertise, with 3+ years of experience.• Process documentation experience, with 2+ years of experience.• Strong verbal and presentation skills.• Understanding of marketing budget concepts.• Confident with PowerBI, Excel, and Sharepoint.
