Coming into a busy time of the year based on volume increase.Exclusively petition review, reviewing filings prepared by their team to be filed with the government. Includes manual paper and electronic petitions.
QualificationsBusiness immigration experience, reviewing immigration statues. Green card, H-1B, H-1B Cap, Etc.Law degree1 plus year of immigration experience, preferably in employment-based immigration
