📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity as an Operations Coordinator for an outstanding company in the San Diego area. In this role you will support and work closely with a very dynamic team. This position is a Temp to Hire opportunity to start immediately. If you have strong Administrative experience in the Building Services or Property Management industry this could be the opportunity for you!!!
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 an hour
Responsibilities:Project Set Ups in multiple software systemsScheduling and dispatching of work crews.Weekly review and approval of invoices. Setting up new accounts.Work closely with customers and clients. Recruitment and onboarding of new crew members.Maintaining crew performance evaluations.Assisting the Field Supervisor with oversight of daily operations.
Qualifications:2+ years experience in administrative position.Experience scheduling and handling coordination of projects a plus.Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.Knowledge of Monday.com a plus.Bilingual in Spanish.Experience in building services or property management industry preferred. Perform other duties as assigned.
